These are the terms between you (the customer) and Bizuki LLC ("we," "us"), operated in Michigan, USA. By creating an account or using the service, you're agreeing to them. We've kept the language as clear as we can.
Bizuki LLC provides an AI-powered chatbot, voice receptionist, WhatsApp automation, and customer engagement platform ("Service") on a subscription basis. The Service includes the customer dashboard, the embeddable chat widget, the AI voice phone line, and related features.
You must provide accurate information when signing up. You're responsible for all activity under your account. You must be 18 or older to use the Service. One human or business per account. You agree not to share your login with people outside your business.
You may not use Bizuki to: Send spam or unsolicited messages. Impersonate a different person or business. Run a bot that harvests data from visitors without their knowledge. Attempt to break, reverse-engineer, or overload the platform. Run any kind of illegal, harmful, or harassing operation. Resell the service without our written agreement. We can suspend accounts that violate these rules, with or without prior notice depending on severity.
The free trial is genuinely free — no card required, no auto-conversion. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. Top-ups and Done-For-You purchases are charged once. You can cancel any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for unused time. Annual plans receive a 20% discount but are non-refundable mid-term. Failed renewal payments will suspend your account after a 14-day grace period.
All payments are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time and you will retain full access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No charges are made after cancellation.
You own your account data, bot configurations, and the leads and conversations captured. We're a processor for that data. See the Privacy Policy for full details. If you cancel, you can export everything before deleting your account. After deletion, data is removed from production systems within 30 days and from backups within 90.
The Bizuki platform, code, designs, brand, and documentation are ours. You receive a license to use the Service for as long as you have an active account, but no ownership of any part of it.
Bizuki bots are powered by AI language models. AI can occasionally produce inaccurate or unexpected output. You're responsible for reviewing the system prompt, training data, and behaviour of bots running under your account. We aren't liable for damages caused by your bot's output, though we'll always work with you to fix issues.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime or service interruptions. Support is via email at info@bizuki.com, with typical response within one business day, faster on Pro and Business plans.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the issue. Bizuki LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — such as lost revenue or lost opportunities — arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated to all account holders by email or dashboard notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that constitutes acceptance.
You can close your account at any time from the dashboard or by emailing info@bizuki.com. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms, are inactive for more than 12 months, or where continuing service is impractical. We'll always try to give you advance notice when we can.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA. Any dispute shall be resolved in courts located in Kent County, Michigan.

This is the privacy policy for Bizuki LLC ("we," "us," "our"), operated in Michigan, USA. It explains what information we collect, why, how we use it, and what your rights are. We've written it in plain English. If anything is unclear, email info@bizuki.com and we'll explain.
This policy covers data handled by bizuki.com (the marketing site) and dashboard.bizuki.com (the product). Data your customers enter into a Bizuki chatbot or voice agent embedded on your site is also covered — you (the business operating the bot) are the data controller for that data. We're the processor.
From Bizuki account holders: Account info: name, email, business name, hashed password, phone (optional). Billing: we use Stripe, so they hold your card data, not us. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status. Usage: the bots you create, their configuration, credit consumption, and any support tickets you open. From end-users (your customers interacting with your bot): Conversation transcripts with the bot. Any contact info they choose to share (name, email, phone). Anonymous IP address and rough geolocation, used only for fraud prevention. For voice calls: caller phone number, call duration, and transcript.
To run the product — so your bot can reply with context, you can view leads, and so on. To bill you correctly via Stripe. To send transactional emails (verification, password reset, low-credit alerts). To send marketing emails, but only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time. To generate your Monthly AI Performance Report, if you subscribe to that add-on. To prevent abuse of the platform.
We don't sell your data. We don't use your customer conversations to train AI models. We don't share your data with advertisers. We don't read your conversations except when debugging a support ticket you've opened.
To operate the service, we share data with these vendors. Each is contractually bound not to use your data for anything beyond operating the service: Stripe — payment processing. AI providers — to generate chat and voice responses. Data is processed under their API agreements and never used for training. WhatsApp (Meta) — message delivery if you use the WhatsApp Bot add-on. Google — calendar integration for the appointment booking add-on (optional). Payment processor — to handle billing. They hold your card data, not us. Hosting provider — application and database hosting in the United States. Email delivery service — to send transactional emails.
Your data is stored on servers in the United States. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing info@bizuki.com.
You can, at any time: Export all your data (one click in the dashboard). Delete your account and all associated data. Correct any account information. Opt out of marketing emails. Request a copy of any data we hold about you — email info@bizuki.com. EU/UK residents have the same rights under GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. California residents have the same rights under the CCPA, including the right to opt out of any sale of your data — though, as noted above, we don't sell data.
We use an HTTP-only cookie to keep you logged in on dashboard.bizuki.com. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics that build profiles on you.
Bizuki is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we'll delete it promptly.
If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or dashboard notice before they take effect. Minor wording fixes happen silently.
